One of the first things I noticed about this book, was that it was riddle with typos. And it's the kind of typos that easily could have been caught by an editor. These mistakes weren't just at the beginning or in parts of the book. No, they were throughout the whole book. For someone who notices these things, it makes for an very annoying read. The plot itself wasn't very original, and it didn't exactly deliver what I expected from the blurb. I was promised a sexy country star - I got the sexy al [...]

Clare is tv journalist with a talk show, and one of her segments is "Falling Stars" where she features a former Star that has fallen out of the limelight. Trace used to be a famous country music star, until tragic events made him turn his back on the entertainment industry. Clare did a story on Trace, alluding to some facts that weren't true. He confronted her, asking for an apology. When she refused to apologize, he bought the tv station she worked for, and as revenge, made her agree to work fo [...]

GREAT FREEBIE!!!<3I was thoroughly impressed with this short and sweet love story so much power packed into this little story Never read Debra Webb before but you can bet your bottom I will from now on!! the characters were lovable and funny something every story needs. even though there wasn't a lot of hot hot sex, it was pulled off in a way that made you want to come back for more. Trace was for sure a total alpha but Claire was holding her own also there were some grammatical and wording e [...]

This was one of the longest short stories Ive ever read The heroine was very unlikeable to me and that made reading this story even more of a chore Then to go through all of that and then not even really finish the story just irked me. I didnt like this ending at all. So they are engaged Does she leave for California? do they have a long distance relationship? does she stay in Nashville? Does he go to California with him? I was really let down by this ending.

I really enjoyed Trace and Claire. The humor and banter in this vook was fun. I'm just not into ending where it's kind of d they lived happily ever after. I enjoy the books that get into the details of their relationship after they finally give in to love but that's jsut me. A book 2 would be great because Trace was something else and totally yumm-o!

I really enjoyed this romance. It had bundles of sexual tension and oodles of sweet romance.Yes it did have typos and some of the word choices were naff but the story overwhelmed that for me. The ending was wrapped up pretty quick but that's my own pet hate. I like all my ducks in a row, if you know what I mean.I'd definitely recommend this book and will be checking out her backlist.

Almost gave it 5 but I doubt I'll read it again so I went with 4. Hero had the same thoughts/conversation in his head a few too many times but overall was pretty good.

This is awful for me to say but the guy on the front cover gives me the creeps.
